Animals that take their time, alone

Sea Turtle

You cross thousands of kilometers of open ocean alone, and quietly return to the beach you set out for.

On my ownUnhurriedBoldKeep it inside

Hatchlings that emerge on the beach head for the sea on their own, with no parent to show them. As adults, sea turtles are known to travel thousands of kilometers and return to lay eggs near the beach where they hatched. They keep up that long journey without a sound.

You head toward faraway goals alone and without hurrying. You'll work steadily on a long craft or model-building project without showing anyone until it's done. You'll set out on long roads that make others hesitate, but you rarely talk about your resolve.

A sea turtle can head out into the wide ocean carrying its shell because it brings its own protection. You, too, rely on the way you've chosen rather than what others say, and keep up what you've started at the same steady pace for years.
